Visa: Admin Application for Visa Analytics Platform (VAP)

Redesigned a legacy user management experience by incorporating accessibility requirements and validating improvements through user research with administrators. Consolidated critical information into a single workspace, moved the Create User ID action from a secondary page to the primary workflow (50% fewer navigation steps), and simplified search to improve task efficiency.

PayPal: Onboarding

Research with 10 users identified opportunities to improve onboarding completion. The redesigned experience allowed customers to save their progress, return at any time, and finish account setup without losing their place.
